Grown in the Highlands of East Timor, Timor organic comes from the Cooperative Cafe Timor (CCT) that units over 20,000 small scale family farms.
The Coffee is cultivated in Emerald and Ainaro districts where fertile volcanic soils and highland conditions support specialty Arabica production
Aunty Huia is an Army term for “end of exercise” by this point you are generally ‘out on your feet’, this blend (medium and dark) roast is smooth but packs the punch required to get you through.
Aromas of malt, black tea and spices.
